privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through
sbemp.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices
you have, including your rights under California law. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. Please also review
our Terms of Use.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site. Submitting a form
or emailing us does not create an attorney–client relationship, and until such a relationship is established in
writing, information you send may not be treated as privileged or confidential. See our

Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you complete a contact or consultation form, request a resource
such as an eBook or guide, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the details you provide — such as your
name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. - Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically
collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, the pages you view,
and the dates and times of your visits. - Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use cookies, tags, and similar
technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support call tracking. See

How We Use Your Information

- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site (statistics/analytics cookies);
- CallRail, a call-tracking service that assigns tracking phone numbers so we can understand which
marketing sources generate phone inquiries. As a result, the phone number displayed on the Site may vary by visitor; - Complianz, which manages cookie consent, remembers your cookie preferences, and powers our
cookie/opt-out tools; and - Elementor and core WordPress functionality, which may set functional and
limited statistics cookies needed to operate the Site.
You can review and manage your cookie choices at any time on our
Cookie and Opt-Out Preferences page. Most browsers also let you block or delete
cookies directly, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. If we add advertising technologies such as Google Ads or
the Meta Pixel in the future, we will update this section to reflect those tools.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that operate the Site and support the firm (for example, hosting, form and
email delivery, call tracking, and analytics), under obligations to protect the information; - Analytics and call-tracking partners, as described above, in connection with cookies and tracking numbers;
- Legal, ethical, and safety reasons, such as to comply with law or professional obligations,
respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the firm, our clients, or others; - Business transfers, in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”),
gives California residents rights regarding their personal information. In the preceding 12 months, we may have
collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and IP
address); internet or network activity (such as browsing and interaction with the Site); approximate geolocation
derived from IP address; and inferences drawn to support our marketing. We collect this information from you directly
and automatically through the technologies described above, and use it for the purposes described in this Policy.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about them;
- Delete personal information we have collected;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (see below);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and

“sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under
California law. To opt out, you may (1) visit our Cookie and Opt-Out Preferences
page and submit your request there; (2) broadcast a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal through a supported browser or
extension, which we honor; or (3) contact us at

California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of

Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to operate the
firm, and to meet legal, professional, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and internet email is not a secure channel, so please do not
send sensitive or confidential information through the Site or by unencrypted email.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will
take appropriate steps to remove it.
Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. visitors. If you access it from outside the U.S.,
