Jason Dabareiner has been providing business and real estate legal services to a wide range of clients throughout the Palm Springs area, Southern California, and Western United States for over 35 years.
Mr. Dabareiner advises both publicly-traded and private real estate clients on complex real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and sales, finance, land use, lease transactions and title matters. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
Mr. Dabareiner’ s corporate law practice includes mergers and acquisitions for both for publicly traded and privately held clients, forming and advising corporations, partnerships, and LLC’s; buying and selling businesses of all type; advising hotel, restaurant, and other franchise businesses; and providing general business advice and counsel.
Prior to becoming of counsel, Mr. Dabareiner was a partner of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy & Pinkney, LLP and before that a partner of Best Best & Krieger LLP.
