Rob Cutbirth has served as trusted corporate counsel, and effective litigation and trial counsel, to local, regional, and national companies for more than 35 years. As a joint owner and manager of several nationally known restaurants, Rob also understands risks, budgets, operational challenges, and the need for strong and lasting relationships that guide has practical and cost-effective approach to problem-solving that make him “counsel of choice” in a variety of situations throughout the United States.
Rob’s diverse legal counsel practice includes outside general counsel to public agencies and private companies, as well as skilled specialty counsel on employment, insurance coverage, and data privacy matters, where he regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, policies, and standards, while also providing training and compliance guidance.
As accomplished litigation counsel, Rob has called upon to defense challenging in professional liability, business contract, and intellectual property matters, providing cost-effective litigation services that seek the most effective resolution, while being ready to take a case to trial if an appropriate and informal resolution cannot be reached.
