Brenda Wallace is a dedicated paralegal at SBEMP Attorneys, serving in the firm’s Trust, Estate & Probate Department with attorney Valerie Powers Smith’s team of lawyers and paralegals. Upon graduation from Brigham Young University, she was recruited to California and gained experience in Los Angeles and Orange counties before making the desert her home.
Brenda’s professional background in advertising and marketing paved the way for her transition into finance and investor relations at Keystone Wealth Management, working as a senior client services associate. Seeking new challenges, she later moved into fundraising and event management at the McCallum Theatre, successfully co-managing events and expanding donor outreach.
In 2021, Brenda embraced an opportunity to enter the legal field, working under the mentorship of a Coachella Valley trust and estate planning attorney while earning her Certified Paralegal credential through the UC Riverside Paralegal Studies Program – a rigorous curriculum certified by the American Bar Association.
Today, Brenda’s role as a paralegal at SBEMP Attorneys allows her to combine her diverse skill set with her passion for client advocacy. Brenda is known for her positive outlook, loyalty, and strong work ethic. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and her volunteer work.
