Current Law Practice
Mr. Schultz is one of the editors of the prestigious “The Developing Labor Law,” a two-volume compendium published by the American Bar Association. His addition to the firm allows SBEMP to expand its practice areas to offer premier legal services to businesses and employers throughout Southern California in all aspects of labor and employment practice, including collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Act claims, violations of collective bargaining agreements, health, welfare and pension plans, defending prevailing-wage claims and class actions, and counseling employers related to discrimination, wage and hour, and other human resources claims and issues.
